We verify every request before we delete anything. It's the only way to make sure an account is deleted by the person who owns it. Some records stay with us after your account is gone — things like booking and transaction history, and information we're required to keep for fraud prevention, taxes, legal, or support. We keep only what we have to, for only as long as we have to.
